If voucher/ gift certificate is not used on specified date, it will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

Advance reservation is required and voucher number to be quoted upon reservation. Confirmation is subject to service availability.

Vouchers has no cash value and is non-refundable.

In case of loss or damage, no replacement will be offered.

Use of vouchers by re-sellers is not tolerated, and My Perfect Body reserves the right to cancel orders which are deemed to display re-seller behavior.
