Cancellation & Rescheduling
6 hour rescheduling & cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to the My Perfect Body team.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 6 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
My Perfect Body values it staff’s time. My Perfect Body pay our staff their entire wage for any missed or late cancelled appointment out of respect for their valuable time. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 6 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email from our online appointment scheduling software and/or phone call from our front desk because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
confirm your appointment by replying "YES" on email;
reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online client account;
cancel your appointment from your online account;
respond back from your confirmation email with any changes or issues;

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge, with minimum 6 hour notice prior to your appointment.
The cancellation fee charged depends on the time the appointment is modified and the number of canceled services.
Should you be unable to make it to your appointment, you can choose to use your reservation and send someone else on your behalf
making a change to a booking between 6 and two hours until the start time results in a HK$50 fee.
"No Shows". Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without two hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
LATE ARRIVAL: We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please contact My Perfect Body and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed, or you may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to do the service you want in a shorter time period. **PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us that you are running late, My Perfect Body will automatically cancel your appointment after 15 minutes past your appointment time. In case of rescheduling customer will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
HK$50 / 100% Cancellation Fee Payment
Customer require to pay Cancellation fee before scheduling future appointment. You will receive an invoice to pay online. If you book a future appointment and do not pay the fee, your appointment will be canceled. In case of outstanding Cancellation Fee, customer will be denied in a scheduling future appointment.
Customers with memberships. The appointment may be taken off of a package or charged individually.
will be considered on an individual basis by My Perfect Body. You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled session in writing within 7 days if you feel such action is warranted. My Perfect Body will make the decision to honour your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.
We feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If we have to cancel a client with less than 2 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honour the same policy and your next appointment will be free of charge.
My Perfect Body reserves the right to modify a scheduled appointment to a different therapist during the same time allotment if circumstances arise without prior approval of the client.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, sickness or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
The 6 hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. My Perfect Body policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Gift card/ voucher not valid without "voucher code". Please contact us in case of loss.
If voucher/ gift certificate is not used on specified date, it will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
Advance reservation is required and voucher number to be quoted upon reservation. Confirmation is subject to service availability.
Vouchers has no cash value and is non-refundable.
The My Perfect Body Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
